Born Wednesday, February 8, 1950 in Round Pond, Arkansas.He was the husband of Corine Dillard Harmon. Surviving are son, Mr. Oliver Harmon, III of Forrest City, AR, daughters, Ms. Juanetia Dillard of Calwell, AR and Ms. Olivia Harris of Forrest City, AR, sisters, Ms. Paulette Harmon of Memphis, TN, Ms. Janice Harmon of Memphis, TN and Ms. Brenda Harmon of Memphis, TN; 8 grand children; 6 great grand children. A Funeral service will be at 12:00 PM on Saturday at Pine Tree C.O.G.I.C.. Interment will be in Clark Cemetery, Caldwell, AR. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Friday, October 23, 2015, at Clay Funeral Home, 2522 East Broadway, Forrest City, Arkansas.
