Obituary for Thomas Davis Mr. Sr.

Mr. Thomas E Davis, , 87 of Madison, Arkansas died on Thursday, November 6, 2014, at Forrest City Medical Center in Forrest City, Arkansas. Born Friday, November 19, 1926 in Madison, Arkansas, he was the son of the late Edgar Davis and the late Dovie Bonds Davis.

He was the husband of Gracie Allen Davis. Mr. Davis was employed by Employment Security Division and served in the United States Army. Surviving are sons, Mr. Thomas Davis, Jr. of Pasadena, TX and Mr. Melvin Davis of Brinkley, AR, daughters, Mrs. Elliot Jean Houston of Mesquite, TX and Mrs. Mable Bailey of Houston, TX, sisters, Mrs. Mable Pettus of West Helena, AR and Mrs. Evelyn Walton of Kansas City, KS. A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 15, 2014, at Madison Light Bapt. Church.

Interment will be in Forrest City Cemetery, Forrest City, AR.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Friday, November 14, 2014, at Clay Funeral Home, 2522 East Broadway, Forrest City, Arkansas.
