Mr. Odell Lucas, Sr., 73 of Colt, Arkansas died on Thursday, June 12, 2014, at Forrest City Medical Center in Forrest City, Arkansas. Born Monday, April 28, 1941 in Caldwell, Arkansas, he was the son of the late Mr. Herman Lucas and the late Mrs. Lue Garrett Tabron. He was the husband of Mrs. Patricia Hinton Lucas. He was retired by U.S. Steel. He was a member of Mt. Sinai M B Church. Surviving are sons, Mr. Odell Lucas, Jr. of Canton, MI, Mr. Odell Lamar Lucas of Gary, IN, Mr. Alonzo Harris of Forrest City, AR and Mr. Anthony Harris of Louisville, KY, daughters, Mrs. Roseanna Powell of North Little Rock, AR, Mrs. Lisa Versie of Aurora, CO and Ms. Alesha Harris of Forrest City, AR, brothers, Mr. James Tabron of St. Louis, MO, Mr. Donald Tabron of St. Louis, MO, Mr. Kenneth Tabron of St. Louis, MO, Mr. Lowell Tabron of St. Louis, MO, Mr. Alfred Tabron of St. Louis, MO and Mr. Arnold Keith Tabron of St. Louis, MO, sisters, Mrs. Doris Beck of St. Louis, MO, Mrs. Dyanne Dunlap of Tulsa, OK, Mrs. Sharon King of St. Louis, MO, Mrs. Lorita Kimble of St. Louis, MO, Ms. Annette Tabron of St. Louis, MO and Mrs. Alice Washington of St. Louis, MO. A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday at Mt. Sinai M B Church. Interment will be in Clark Cemetery, Caldwell, AR.
