Mrs. Berthella Ursery, 71 of Forrest City, died on December 22nd, 2016, at her home.

Mrs. Berthella was born June 30th, 1945 in Widener AR, to the late Mr. Tom Phillips and the late Mrs. Alberta Shirshire Phillips.

Survivors are her daughter Mrs. Barbara A. Davis of Detroit, MI, sons, Mr. Herbert Lee Ursery of San Bernardino, CA, Mr. James Ursery Jr. of North Little Rock, AR, brothers, Mr. Henry Phillips of Forrest City, AR, Mr. Homer Phillips of St. Louis, MO, and sister, and Ms. Mary Ursery of Detroit, MI.

The Funeral Service for Mrs. Berthella Ursery will be at 2:00pm on Saturday, December 31, 2016, at Cornerstone MBC, Madison, AR. Interment will be in Casteel Cemetery , Arkansas.

The family will receive friends from 2:00pm - 5:00pm on Friday, December 30, 2016, at CLAY FUNERAL HOME, 2522 East Broadway, Forrest City, AR.
