Condolence: My sincere condolences to the family of Sam- although we didn't talk often, each time we spoke Sam was graceful and offered help and assistance in whatever area I was asking him about, as he was always willing to lend a helping hand.

Sam will be missed by many; including his friends (family) in the Community Action Network, as well as the communities he served- his legacy of love for neighbor and those less fortunate will live on through the agency he helped build and programs it provides.

Rest in Peace Sam, thank you for your passion, love, and care for your fellow mankind.

Condolence: Samuel Scruggs Family, So very sorry for the passing of such a wonderful person. He cared so much for people and his community. He was always helping others, with a big smile that came from the heart. Samuel's leadership, will forever live.
