Mrs. Eartha Smith, 88 of Palestine, died on October 19, 2017, at Forrest City Medical Center.

Mrs. Smith was born February 23, 1929 in Dubb, MS, to her late father Mr. James Paige and her late mother Mrs. Nattie James.

Survivors are her children; Mr. L C Smith Jr. of Palestine, AR., Mrs. Dar Ann Banks of Palestine, AR, Mrs. Donna Westbrook of Marianna, AR, Mrs. Gladys Dortch of Palestine, AR, Mrs. Pamela Thomas of Palestine, AR, Mrs. Patricia Smith White of Palestine, AR, Mrs. Henderrine Ingram of Palestine, AR, and Mrs. Catherine Cowan of Palestine, AR; siblings, Mrs. Barbara Evans of Forrest City, AR, and Mrs. Betty Collins of Detroit, MI. 17 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.

The Funeral Service for Mrs. Eartha Smith will be at 11:00am on Saturday, October 28, 2017, at Good Hope Freewill Baptist Church, Wheatley, AR. Interment will be in Gill Cemetery, Gill, Arkansas.

The family will receive friends from 1:00pm - 5:00pm on Friday, October 27, 2017, at CLAY FUNERAL HOME, 2522 East Broadway, Forrest City, AR.
