Mr. Sylvester Hayes, Jr. 63 of Forrest City, died Monday, May 7th, 2018, at Forrest City Medical Center in Forrest City, AR.

Mr. Hayes was born September 5th, 1954 in Charleston MS, to the late Mr. Sylvester Hayes, Sr. and Mrs. Mattie Williams Hayes.

Survivors are: spouse, Mrs. Alberta Hayes, mother, Mrs. Mattie Williams Hayes, children, Mr. Sylvester Hayes, III, Mr. Clifton Hayes, Mrs Alisha Smith, siblings, Mr. Ray Charles Hayes, Mr. Freddy Hayes, Mrs. Martha Williams, Mrs. Josie Reed and many other relatives and friends..

The Funeral Service for Mr.Sylvester Hayes will be Saturday, May 12, 1:00pm at the Larry Bryant Multi Purpose Center. Interment will follow, Monday, May 14, 11:00 am at the Arkansas State Veteran Cemetery - Birdeye.

The family will receive friends from 1-5pm, Friday, May 11, at CLAY FUNERAL HOME, 2522 East Broadway, Forrest City .
