Mr. Adolph Cunningham, 96 of Hazen, died August 7th, 2018, at Springbrook Health and Rehab Center in Hazen, AR.

Mr. Adolph was born January 4th, 1922 .

Survivors are his Great Niece, Mrs. Vickie Penn and many other relatives and friends.

The Funeral Service for Mr. Adolph Cunningham will be at Prairie Chapel MBC in Hazen, AR, Saturday, August 18, 2018, at 3:00pm. Interment will be at Green Grove Cemetery in Hazen, AR.
