Mr. Charlie Tittle, 70 of Forrest City, Arkansas died on Monday, August 10, 2015, at St. Vincent Infirmary Med. Center. in Little Rock, Arkansas. Born Saturday, July 7, 1945 in Tupelo, Mississippi, he was the son of the late Mr. Andy Tittle and the late Mrs. Mary Slaughter Tittle. He was the husband of Mrs. Wordie Brooks Tittle. Surviving are sons, Orlando Tittle of Memphis, TN, Mr. Lawarren Brooks of Mesquite, TX, Mr. Charlie Tittle, Jr. of Pasadena, CA and Mr. Steve Tittle of Memphis, TN, daughters, Mrs. Tongan Vanpelt of Forrest City, AR, Mrs. Sarita Bradley of Forrest City, AR and Mrs. Chelsia Patton of Goodwin, AR, brothers, Mr. Herman Tittle of Springfield, IL, Mr. Larry Slaughter of Forrest City, AR, Mr. David Slaughter of St. Louis, MO and Mr. Moses Slaughter of Savanna, GA, sisters, Mrs. Beatrice Ferrel of Forrest City, AR, Mrs. Evelois Metcalf of Cincinnati, OH, Mrs. Gail Hampton-Mosley of West Memphis, AR, Mrs. Marie Brown of Springfield, IL, Mrs. Linda Hill of St. Louis, MO, Mrs. Victoria Tittle of Springfield, IL and Mrs. Gloria Brown of Springfield, IL. A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, Aug. 15, 2015 at New Rising Sun MBC. Interment will be in Clay Hill Cemetery, Haynes, AR. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Friday, August 14, 2015, at Clay Funeral Home, 2522 East Broadway, Forrest City, Arkansas.
