Mr. William D. Flowers, 82 of Forrest City, Arkansas died on Wednesday, September 5, 2012, at Methodist Hospital-Central in Memphis, Tennessee.

Born Monday, March 24, 1930 in Winona, Mississippi, he was the son of the late Walter Flowers and the late Mattie Ralley Flowers. He was the husband of Olivia Moore Flowers.

He was employed by Roadway Trucking.

Surviving are sons, Mr. Robert Flowers of Memphis, TN and Mr. Michael Flowers of Memphis, TN.

A Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday at Saint's Temple COGIC located at 1024 S. Rosser St. Forrest City, Arkansas 72335. Interment will be in Casteel Cemetery, Forrest City, AR.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Friday, September 14, 2012, at Clay Funeral Home, 116 North Water Street, Forrest City, Arkansas.
