Mrs. Bessie Lee Easley, 85 of Forrest City, died June 8th, 2016, at Southern Regional Hospital in Riverdale, GA., while under the care of her daughter and son-in-law, Mrs.Janet and Mr. Herbert Wheeler.
Mrs. Easley was born March 31, 1931 in Widener AR, to the late Mr. Elmer Williams and the late Mrs. Agatha Moss Franklin. She is predeceased by her husband, Mr. Arthur Lee Easley.
Mrs. Bessie Easley was a faithful member of Beth Salem Baptist Church in Forrest City until her health failed.
Survivors are son, Mr. Cleophas Eckford of Forrest City, daughters, Mrs. Janet Wheeler of Riverdale, GA and Ms Barbette Easley of Park Forest, IL, 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
The Funeral Service for Mrs. Bessie Lee Easley will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 18th, at Beth Salem M B Church,Forrest City, AR. Interment will be in Forrest City Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1:00pm - 5:00pm on Friday, June 17, 2016, at CLAY FUNERAL HOME, 2522 East Broadway, Forrest City and at the residence of Mrs. Easley, 1912 Lindauer Rd through Saturday, June 18, 2016.
