Mr. Lewis Black, 55 of Forrest City, died on May 15, 2017, at Forrest City Medical Center in Forrest City, AR.

Mr. Black was born June 10, 1961, in Forrest City AR, to the late Mr. Roosevelt Black and his mother Mrs. Doretha Black.

Survivors are his mother Mrs. Doretha Black of Forrest City, AR, his daughter Ms. Brittany Nicole Black of Nashville, TN; sisters, Ms. Catherine Black, Ms. Roberta Black, and Ms. Dorothy Black all of Forrest City, AR; brothers Mr. Roosevelt Black of Crandall, TX, Mr. Edward Black and Mr. Freddie Black both of Garland, TX. 1 Grandchild.

The Funeral Service for Mr. Lewis Black will be at 11:00am on Saturday, May 20, 2017, at Cornerstone MBC, Madison, AR. Interment will be in Casteel Cemetery, Forrest City, Arkansas.

The family will receive friends from 1:00pm - 5:00pm on Friday, May 19, 2017, at CLAY FUNERAL HOME, 2522 East Broadway, Forrest City, AR.
