Mr. David Bean, 82 of Forrest City, died July 12th, 2018, at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis, TN.

Mr. Bean was born June 16th, 1936 in Crawfordsville AR, to Mr. Fred Bean, Sr. and Mrs. Jennie Richardson Bean. Both parents preceded him in death.

Survivors are : children, Mrs. Kathryn Bean Gray of Forrest City, Mrs. Linda Powel of Jacksonville, AR, Mr. David Bean, Jr. of Little Rock, AR, Mr. Willie Bean of Little Rock, AR, Mr. Anthony Bean of Forrest City, AR, Mr. Larry Bean of New Mexico, Mr. Kenneth Bean of Little Rock, AR, Mr. Kevin Bean of Ft. Campbell, KY, Mr. Gerrod Bean of Fayetteville, AR, Mr. Timothy Bean of Forrest City, AR, two grandsons he personally raised, Mr. Larry Charles "L.C. " Bean, and Mr. Jimmy "Pumpkin" Bean, four sisters, Mrs. Mae Francis Owens, Mrs. Shirley Strong, Mrs. Carolyn Rivers, Mrs Mary Washingtion, six brothers, Mr. Andrew Bean, Mrs. Arthur Bean, Mr. Alonzo Bean, Mr. Johnny Bean, Mr. Bobby Bean, Mr. Rickey Bean, and a wonderful host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends .

The Funeral Service for Mr. David Bean will be 11:00am Saturday, July 21, 2018, at Salem Baptist Church, Forrest City, AR. Interment will follow in Forrest City Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00pm - 5:00pm Friday, July 20th, 2018, at CLAY FUNERAL HOME, 2522 East Broadway, Forrest City. AR.
