Mrs. Mattie Wofford, 86 of Forrest City, died May 9th, 2019, at Baptist Memorial Hospital East in Memphis, TN.

Mrs. Wofford was born May 27th, 1932 in Forrest City AR, to the late Mr. Matthew Mooney and the late Mrs. Ardella Jones Mooney.

Survivors are her children, Mr. Frederick Mooney of Forrest City, Miss Audrey Mooney of West Memphis, AR, Mrs Linda McDowell of Baytown, TX, Mrs. Rena McNutt of Battle Creek, MI, six Grandchildren, five great grandchildren, seven great great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.

The Funeral Service for Mrs. Mattie Wofford will be 11:00am, Saturday, May 18th, at Lane Chapel CME, Forrest City, AR. Interment will be in Casteel Cemetery, Forrest City, Arkansas.

The family will receive friends from 1:00pm - 5:00pm on Friday, May 17th, 2019, at CLAY FUNERAL HOME, 2522 East Broadway, Forrest City, AR.
