Pastor Booker T. Cooper, 74 of Forrest City, died Saturday, January 25th, 2020, at Crossridge Community Hospital in Wynne, AR.
He was born January 1st, 1946 in Starkville, MS, to the late Mr. George Cooper, Sr. and the late Mrs. Millie Harral Cooper. He was the Pastor of the Spring Grove Community Baptist Church in Crow Creek.
Survivors are his spouse, Mrs. Vivian Q. Cooper, of Forrest City, his children Mr. Darren Morrison and Mrs. Wanda Benoit both of Los Angeles, CA, siblings, Mr. James Earl Cooper of Memphis, TN, Mr. George Cooper, Jr. of West Memphis, AR, Mr. AJ Carter, Mr. Herbert L. Carter both of Los Angeles, CA., seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
The Funeral Service for Pastor Booker T. Cooper will be at 10:00am Saturday, February 1st, at Salem Baptist Church, Forrest City, AR. Interment will be in Forrest City Cemetery, Forrest City, Arkansas.
The family will receive friends from 2:00pm - 5:00pm on Friday, January 31st, 2020, at CLAY FUNERAL HOME, 2522 East Broadway, Forrest City.
