Ms. Debra Hawkins, 61 of Forrest City, died Monday, September 21st, 2020, at River Ridge Rehab & Care Center in Wynne, AR.
Ms. Hawkins was born September 15th, 1959 in Forrest City AR, to the late Mr. Sam Hawkins and the late Mrs. Rachel Wilborn Hawkins.
Surviving are Many relatives and friends.
