Mrs. Clara Harris Jn Baptiste age 91, died Thurs, March 16, 2023, at her residence in Lonoke, AR. Mrs. Jn Baptiste was born July 7, 1931, in Jones Ridge, AR to the late Mr. Oscar Harris and the late Mrs. Cleotra Wade Harris. She was preceded in death by her brother, James Harris, sisters, Amanda Willis and Jessie Mae Ford, and her husband Mr. Gerard Jn Baptiste.
She did not have any children, but she leaves to cherish fond memories her extended family which includes her sister-in-law, Alice Mae Harris, eight nieces and nephews, Glenn Harris of Lonoke, Arkansas, Laverne Gosby of Tewksbury, Massachusetts, Evelyn Houston of Forrest City, Arkansas, Randy Harris of Leola, Arkansas, James Anthony Harris of Maumelle, Arkansas, Jacqueline Harris of Sacramento, California, Mary Shackleford and Lonnie Watkins, both of Little Rock, Arkansas and many others relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Mrs. Jn Baptiste is Saturday, March 25, 2023, 2:30 pm at Branch MBC in Holly Grove, AR. Burial will follow in Branch MBC Cemetery, Holly Grove, AR.
